Our Journey

With a clear vision and mission of our directors Mr. Pawan Parakh and Mr. Mahaveer Parakh, we started our beautiful journey in 2011 and in these seven years we have achieved some milestones which mostly seem impossible for other builders in Jodhpur to achieve.
Due to these milestones which we have achieved, Viraat Builders is often said to be as the best real estate developer and builder in Jodhpur.

In this journey of seven years, we have successfully completed 15-20 projects in Jodhpur and currently we have 5-7 running projects most of which are pre-booked.

We believe in our motto which is, Promise only if you can deliver and due to this we were able to achieve all the milestones.

Founders

Mr. Pawan Parakh

Mr. Pawan Parakh is known as one of the visionaries in the real estate market of Jodhpur. He along with our other director laid the foundation of Viraat Builders in 2011 and since its inception Viraat Builders has achieved quite a few milestones and contributed in development of real estate industry in Jodhpur.

Mr. Mahaveer Parakh

Mr. Mahaveer Parakh, director of Viraat Builders, is big name in real estate market of Jodhpur. He is the co-founder of Viraat Builders along with Mr. Pawan Parakh and thanks to his contributions that Viraat Builders has reached heights and has achieved several milestones. Both directors are visionaries and a renowned name in Jodhpur.
